SECAD invites applications from Community Groups fin the South and East Cork area for Strategic Planning support. Your group may have some ideas for how they can plan for the future and if eligible, SECAD can provide a support for groups who are engaged in strategic planning before the end of 2009.
This strategic planning could involve
- Conducting a needs analysis in your area
- Conducting a feasibility study in your area
- Conducting a business plan for a community project in your area
- Other ideas which would improve the capacity of your community / voluntary group
