SECAD invites expressions of interest from Community Groups who wish to carry out an audit of energy and accessibility of their community building. The infrastructure audits will include an audit of physical accessibility (inside and outside the building) as well as energy efficiency and the potential use of alternative energy systems in each of the buildings. Up to 90% of the cost of the cost can be covered through the Rural Development Programme, however a community contribution in the region of €190 will be required from Community Groups towards this work.
