Join our free Employment Support Workshop in Cobh to learn how to showcase your skills, market your abilities and encourage an employer to call you for an interview.
What you will learn
Our experienced Employment Support Officers will meet with you on the day and cover the following topics:
- Helpful tips to become job ready
- Learn how to write a strong CV that gets noticed
- Use AI to improve your CV and Cover Letter
- Build confidence in your job search
- Identify and highlight your skills and experience
You are very welcome to join us and ask any questions you may have. We will be happy to provide advice tailored to your specific situation. Many SECAD clients started exactly where you are now and are now in steady, meaningful work they enjoy.
You will also have the opportunity to register for a range of free courses, including Safe Pass, Manual Handling, HACCP, Retail Skills, Enterprise Skills, and more.
How to register for our free employment support workshop
The workshop usually begin at 10 a.m. Each session includes registration, the workshop itself, a questions-and-answers segment, and a confidential one-to-one consultation to discuss your individual needs. We typically have 10 to 16 spaces available per workshop, and advance registration is required to secure your place.
