Workshop in Macroom “Get Job Ready: CV & Training opportunities”

April 29 @ 1:30 am 1:00 pm

Register to secure your FREE place.

We will also explore how new technologies, such as AI, are changing the job market and the skills employers are looking for.

Participants may have the opportunity to register for upcoming SECAD courses, including Manual Handling, Safe Pass, HACCP, Retail Skills and more.

Each workshop includes a free and confidential 1-to-1 consultation with a SECAD Employment Support Officer. This personalised session allows you to discuss your individual situation, explore your options in more detail, and receive tailored guidance on your next steps.

The workshop is friendly, welcoming, and open to anyone who needs guidance with employment, training, upskilling, or considering self-employment.

To access our free supports, participants must meet eligibility criteria under the SICAP Employment Support Services. We are happy to discuss eligibility with you and help you understand if you qualify.

Our services are delivered through the SICAP Programme and focused on supporting disadvantaged individuals in Cork rural communities, who are:

  • Long-term unemployed (over 12 months)
  • Low-income or underemployed
  • From low-income households
  • Single parents and carers
