SECAD is seeking to recruit a LAES Coordinator who will be responsible for the overall coordination, management, and performance of the LAES programme across East & West Cork.
The key focus of this role is to ensure efficient referral management, effective caseload distribution, and strong operational governance while supporting frontline staff to deliver tailored employment, education, and training supports to clients assigned to the programme by the Department of Social Protection
