Module 1: Customer Care Basic Guidelines & Managing Compliance

  • Identify the key principles of Customer Care
  • Know the importance of Customer Care
  • Identify what is important from the customers perspective
  • How to effectively manage complaints
  • How to communicate more effectively
  • Preparing for excellent customer care

14th October (10am – 12pm)

Module 2: Customer Service & COVID-19 ERA

  • Roles and responsibilities of the COVID-19 Lead Representative
  • Safely adapting and maintaining the premises
  • Checklist and maintaining customer standards
  • Dealing with a suspected case of COVID-19 considering Customer Care
  • Minimising spread of COVID-19 transmission whilst maintaining Customer care standards

22nd October (10am – 12pm)

Module 3: Customer Care & Re-opening Safely

  • COVID-19 Safety Policy
  • How to protect customers when re-opening (retailers, bars, cafes, restaurants, hotels)
  • Guidelines for ensuring customer care post Covid-19
  • Improving customer experience during COVID-19
