21st October (10am – 12pm)
Module 3: Food trends, menu innovation and local suppliers
- Food trends throughout the world
- Food trends in your local area
- How to utilise trends to create innovative product offerings
- Your local suppliers, benefits of supporting local and the unique selling point opportunities
