Course Length: 2 x 2hr Online Training using Zoom PLUS follow on 1 to 1 support. Trainer: The Food Safety Company 

Objectives: To be prepared for the training of staff members in menu knowledge to ensure a fully  rounded presentation of the menu and dish to the customer. 

November 18th (10am – 12pm) 

Module 6: Staff training in menu knowledge 

  • Essential knowledge for waiting staff to know 
  • How to encourage staff participation and interest in the menu 
  • How to test staff knowledge 
  • Improving the menu offering from staff participation 

November 25th (10am – 12pm) 

Module 7: Presentation and Delivery 

  • The principles of plate presentation 
  • Innovative plating 
  • The positives of designed presentation and delivery
