Walk it 2 Midleton

Join us for a FREE 4-week programme of walks & chats on health & wellbeing.
- Each walk with last approximately 1.5 hrs
- Taking place in and around Midleton
- Each week a different health related topic will be discussed
The theme each week is as follows:
- 25th February – Walk & Introduction to Healthy Eating with Tara
- 4th March – Walk & Immersing in Nature with Karen
- 11th March – Walk & Journaling for Wellbeing with Vicky & Frances
- 25th March – Walk & Personal Development Session with Vicky & Frances
The walk will take approximately 30-40 mins which will be followed by a talk from our guest speaker for approximately 30 mins. Refreshments and a bag of goodies will be available for everyone taking part.
